　　我姓田，和丈夫结婚6年都没有孩子，家里的老人也老是催促，一直为这事情烦心。一次偶然的机会在电视上看到上海长江医院的广告，是专业治疗不孕不育的医院。我和丈夫2007年6月来上海长江医院就诊。我跟张医生详细的说明了我的病情，我是月经初次来潮14，经期3—5天，平时月经规律，22—30天来一次，末次月经2007年6月14日。然后张医生带我做了检查，结果显示输卵管欠畅，后来又做了B超显示排卵期子宫内膜薄。细菌培养UU（十）和免疫检查AS-AH（十）250。诊断出我是原发不孕、UU感染、输卵管炎和内分泌失调共同导致的不孕症。
